- Spicy beef with lemongrass, chilli and glass noodles
- Chicken and mushroom in filo with a chive and black pepper
Mains:
- Pan-fried chicken breast with a pine nut crust and coconut cream sauce
- Roast lamb loin pesto scented, garnished with roma tomatoes and basil jus
Desserts:
- Brandy snap mille feuille with a chocolate mousse and orange coulis
- Grand Marnier creme brulee with shortbread fingers
