IFBA Announce 2008 Nationals Referee

Doug Nixon from Canada has been selected by the IFBA to act as Referee in Chief for the 2008 Australian National Broomball Championships. This is Doug's third appointment down under and while here will not only be reffing nationals but training and accrediting our best local refs. Cory Skilton (QLD), Scott Edwards (QLD) and Dave Burns(ACT) all plan to make the trip to the 2008 World Championships as referees and accreditation with the IFBA is the first step.

Once accredited it will bring the total of IFBA accredited Aussie refs to four, with Alan Jabs(SA, BA president) who reffed at the 2006 World Championships already accredited.
